Happy 1st Anniversary to my beautiful sister & Bro in law

1 year ago we were blessed with Cornish sunshine to celebrate bringing together the 2 most AMAZING people - after lockdown postponed their original plans I think it all worked out for the better with their 2 boys sharing the moment with them. ❤️🥹

Here on this sunny day I bring to you last weeks Wedding Ceremony for the super cool, carefree, rocking Dan & Jess - Mr & Mrs Smith! 💗🫶🤟

Set within a converted cow shed on the edge of Lichfield, this beautifully clad venue was the backdrop to a sunflower, sun drenched, rock out wedding theme.

I always put my full care, love & attention into what I do but after knowing the Bride for so many years (since she was a dot at 4), there was some added pressure.

Dan & Jess organised every last detail at the wedding. They hired a personal bespoke ceremony led by Belinda from with a sweet nod to Disney. All to the backdrop of 2 amazing violinist, with a tasty spread of grazing boards for their guest meal by - The largest cake I’ve ever seen by

This outrageously colourful and bright door wreath was made last year for the happy home of who fills her home with joy, energy and fun! Sage to say I had lots of fun creating this one ☝️ 😃🌈

I always go dark come the winter months, life & work has kept my creative mind occupied BUT the start of a new calendar and the promise of daylight on the horizon brings hope to my creative soul 😂

It absolutely takes a family to make a wedding. Yesterday was one of the most special, most honoured and privileged days of my life, ❤️ to be styling the wedding day of my SISTER my BESTIE, and my now Bro- in - law. I felt very blessed and moved driving through the hills of st. Austell to style this big day yesterday morning……

Like I said it takes a family to make a wedding. The Bride created the dried floral backdrop hoops and flower crowns with me, our dear friend made the beautiful earth friendly stationary, my auntie .westbury, neighbours and hubby supplied the brown bottles, aunty Jo’s bestie (Maxine) did the dress alterations, my elite style squad (you know who you are 😘) helped put it all together on the day and transport, Grandads Tony & Nev helped take it down, and my dear husband has been walking on eggshells for weeks because I JUST had to make it happen and it had to be absolutely perfect, (sorry stu but thank you and I love you so much 😂❤️😭)

Here’s a few snaps from the day, just going to wait to see what the photographers had to share more, but so proud to share with you, my sister and her husband’s vision I felt came to life yesterday! 💫

Every bride-to be deserves a hen party crown 👑 but I knew my sis would love a Billie Faiers inspired Bridal Hat even more than the standard tiara and veil…..
This was such a fun project - all those gems and sparkles just made my sister shine even more! ✨💫✨

This time last week the stunning bride to be was all set and ready to enjoy her personally styled garden hen fest!!!

The sunshine was beautiful but even the sunflowers 🌻 were feeling the heat by midday…. 🥵 Nevertheless The gorgeous Bride Tribe had a right ball taking plenty of selfies, playing lots of drinking games and making the most of the hot tub in the glorious sunshine 🌞

Prosecco wall went down well with the father of the bride’s elderflower propro too!🙌

It means the world to me when a couple find me through recommendations, but it really is a small world after the bridesmaid who recommended me turns out used to be a visual team member, and the mother of the bride was also a colleague from the past. ❤️

After some video chats, I was so pleased to have brought this lovely couple’s wedding wishes to life 💫 From the very beginning, they had a clear vision of what they wanted their special day to look like, together as a bride & groom team. With my assistance of flower knowledge, we collaborated and it all came together so wonderfully.

Absolutely stunning venue, even in the rain but so glad Sarah & Kevin got some sunshine on their day.

Most likely island hopping now on their honeymoon, I wish them all the love and happiness for the future. Beautiful day for a beautiful loving couple.

Just going through my memory box from our wedding day 4 years ago. Showing my daughter all the photos, keepsakes, invites, favours, guest book, bits of decor, I can’t imagine a wedding without all these trinkets ‘bits’ as some would see it.
