🔹We are so excited to welcome you all tomorrow for our second show of the season, remember, inhand and ridden judges are talent spotting!

🔹Be prepared for the warm weather, we have Sankeys food van available for fresh food and drinks!

🔹A polite reminder about equine influenza and to be mindful of horses/ponies touching noses and sharing equipment especially water buckets etc!

❗️EQUINE INFLUENZA❗️

We are aware that cases in Leicestershire are on the rise, so, to prevent the spread best we can we will be doing random passport spot checks when collecting back numbers at the entry box to keep your ponies/horses safe the best we can!

🔹Things to remember on Sunday🔹
❗️Your pony or horses passport
❗️Don’t share equipment with other competitors
❗️Avoid nose to nose contact between your horses

Let’s try our best to keep things running as smoothly as possible and be considerate of space between horses in and around the ring!

Sunday 3rd May, Totally Cobs Tack and Feed will have a stand offering a free saddle check to anyone who’s a member or entered in multiple classes at SVRC!

Whether you're competing or just coming along to enjoy the event, feel free to stop by, say hello, and have a browse-there'll be plenty of quality tack available if you fancy treating yourself!

We are looking forward to welcoming you all tomorrow! Here’s a few things to remember!

❗️❗️Gates open at 8❗️❗️
❗️Inhand ring starts at 9:30❗️
❗️Ridden ring starts at 10:30❗️
❗️Showjumping ring starts at 9:30❗️
❗️Working Hunter ring starts at 10:30❗️

☔️ We are hopeful the weather is dry in the day but we have got rain throughout the night so the ground will be wet but we should have a few hours before rings open for them to dry off!🤞

We have Sankeys food van available for food and drink! Don’t forget your water for the ponies!💦

We welcome all abilities, just come and have fun!

We are excited to welcome you all back for the 2026 season, THIS SUNDAY!!

Soar Valley Riding Club needs your support, and having people come along-whether to compete, help out, or simply cheer from the sidelines it makes all the difference. It’s a fantastic opportunity to bring everyone together and create a welcoming atmosphere for riders of all levels. We’re especially looking forward to seeing both familiar faces and meeting plenty of new ones—so come along and be part of it!
