I recently completed painting the external woodwork on this property in Luthermuir, ready for it to hit the market.

The windows were incredibly weathered and the mahogany varnish was peeling. It looks much more modern and presentable now. 😍

My daughter was raving to me about this room recently and I realised I hadn't posted any pics. Something bright and cheerful to liven up your timeline on this dark and dreary day. 😅

Some before and afters from a large external job last year. This house is a beautiful 2 storey Arts and Crafts structure in the lovely village of Edzell, with all original metal framed windows. Unfortunately they were showing their age!

Due to rot in the sills, almost a century worth of layered peeling paint, and jammed up mechanisms, these took a lot of time and patience to fix. Thanks to a bit of elbow grease and Zinsser Exterior Satin, they now look much better. 😊

Happy New Year everyone! ❤️

My New Year's resolution is to remember to update my page with pictures of completed work! 🤣 Over the coming days, I'll be uploading pics from previous jobs to show everyone what I've been up to.

Love the outcome below. 👇 The homeowners had chucked some paint at the room to enable them to move in but wanted a finer finish. The walls weren't very great and needed quite a bit of plastering, however they look much better now. 👌 And I was really glad to get my hands on that patchy ceiling!

I recently realised how long it has been since I added to my page. 🙈 I'm still here, but my life suddenly became full of horses and any semblance of spare time is now a thing of the past! I will be adding images of completed work over the coming days. 😊

Anyway, here's some of a job that I'm incredibly proud of. 😍

I started off the week with some touch ups at Drumtochty Castle, where I'll be returning to conduct regular maintenance work. Then I completed a small job for returning customers. They recently had a new front door fitted and, as you can see in the images, the surrounding plaster required some repairs. I freshened up the hallway and guest bedroom walls, ready for their relatives to arrive in a couple of weeks.

Hope everyone has a fab weekend! I'm glad I have a couple of days off with my family. 🥰

I definitely enjoyed my days off - forgot to post more pics from the renovation I recently completed for JDM Plumbing and Heating. 😂 One more lot of images after this, and then I'm done.

Next up, the guest bedroom and master bedroom with en suite. I can't take much credit for the en suite, as all I did was paint the window. 🤣 But it's too pretty not to include!

I'm especially proud of the master bedroom, as the walls were horrendous. Lots of prep work required, and now it looks fantastic! 😍 Scroll for before, during and after pics. 😊
