⭐️🔥Decking / Patio - East Hull🔥⭐️

Another outdoor space transformed! 🌿✨

This garden has been given a fresh new lease of life with the removal of the old, weathered, rotten timber decking, and replaced with stylish, low-maintenance composite decking in Hunter Mid Brown from leading brand Piranha, that’s built to look great for years to come.

To complete the transformation, we also installed a brand-new patio using Ashbourne Eco Paving in York Brown, creating a practical and attractive outdoor area that’s perfect for relaxing, entertaining, and making the most of the warmer months ⛱️😎

This was a challenging project having to negotiate the existing pond containing several prized fish! As always, with a considered approach, the work was carried out to the very highest standard, with care and attention to detail, using superior quality materials.

Our client is over the moon with their upgraded outdoor space!

🌱Outdoor Transformation - Sutton-on-Hull🌱

☀️😎 Bring On The Summer! ☀️😎

✨This is the first of two landscape renovation projects we recently completed.
The garden was previously just a muddy patch with some very tired looking paving.
✨Our client wanted a low maintenance, clean, sleek looking space which wouldn’t take up too much of their time to keep tidy, where they could add their own finishing touches like planters, and a prized pizza oven! 🪴🍕
✨As per our standard level of service, we were on hand from the outset to provide technical advice, guidance on products, suppliers, and layout options.
✨The final selections, including “Serenity” anthracite porcelain paving, lush “Softy” 38mm artificial grass, and Yorkshire Cream decorative chippings in the borders is a winning combination! 👌

✨ Bathroom Refurbishment - Etton ✨

This recent project took an outdated, tired bathroom and transformed it into a fresh, modern space.

A comprehensive refurb, we replaced the old fittings with a quality, sleek new suite, including white gloss vanity furniture, a contemporary over-bath dual head shower with folding glass screen. Walls are finished with neutral tile effect shower panels to keep it feeling bright and spacious.
New LED lighting, large chrome towel radiator, stylish patterned flooring, and a pop of colour on the feature wall bring the whole look together.

The result…..a practical, low-maintenance bathroom with a modern finish that will stand the test of time.

•We navigated the various options with our customer, in detail, to establish a design which met their exact requirements.
•In a rich Santa Fe Oak finish with Brushed Champagne frames and tracks, this run of three wide robes truly makes maximum use of available space, in style!
•We also incorporated an existing wall safe, discretely framed around so that it could still function.

✨ Kitchen Installation - East Yorkshire ✨

▫️Sourced and supplied by a much valued returning customer, we installed this polar white shaker style kitchen.
▫️Elegant and homely, with contrasting dark oak worktops and upstands, featuring integrated appliances throughout including full height separate larder fridge & freezer, dishwasher, double oven and induction hob.
Also includes pull-out tower and integrated bin units.
▫️Having persevered with the old, temporary set-up until building works were completed in adjacent rooms, this new design is now functioning exactly to purpose, and perfectly meeting the homeowner’s daily needs.
This truly is a transformed space! 👌

💻📚📒 Bespoke Fitted Office Units 💻📚📒

✨As a small company, it was a real honour and privilege to carry out this project for a very well known client! 🤩🤩
✨After seeing some of our previous work on social media, they approached us directly to work with them on this office wall.
✨Functionality was foremost, creating plenty of open (adjustable) shelves for books, and some lower concealed space behind sliding doors for equipment, whilst still allowing for the display of a few cherished items.
✨Together, we developed a design based on their exact requirements and took the project from manufacture, construction, through installation, to completion! 🔨🪚
✨We’re confident that this office space is now functioning optimally, and looking great too!👌

✨Kitchen Installation - Beverley✨

We had a run of kitchens this year, all very different, and this was the second.
The chosen design was true handleless in Taupe with a contrasting warm woodgrain for the wall units, and white marble effect worktops.
All appliances are integrated allowing for a sleek uncluttered look.
