It’s been a while since I have been able to reach out and network due to being a bit tied up with work commitments so I wanted to introduce myself again and remind you of who I am and what our company does.
This year I have met tons of new people on social media, at networking events, Viewings, through our Customers and simply chatting to people about what we do and our long term plans so I thought It was time to remind everyone what we are about and for those that have not had time or the opportunity to talk to us yet to get a better idea of who we are.

I have been an Electrical contractor and involved in construction for over 30 years and built up a great customer base, over the years we have done it all, small Electrical installations, Large scale commercial work and Extensions of all sizes and I now take on Properties needing a lot of work to get them back into condition fit to be a family home.

I work alongside other investors and Contractors in order to help Sellers, Landlords & Tenants to realise solutions to their tricky property issues.

Just thought I would share an ongoing project, 4 years to be more precise. Those of you that know us will know we help our customers with difficult properties/financial complications and this particular one is a tricky unusual dilemma that would have resulted in reposession, after a lot of research and wrangling with Banks, Solicitors etc on behalf of this customer we finally managed to arrange funding, not the first time agreed in principle and then change of mind.

Surveyor visited and actually valued up, so far so good.

BUT.........
His report said, single leaf structure attached to Main building which posed a problem for them.
You experienced one's are probably saying, oh no, that's a problem and we know what's coming next.....

Needless to say Me, Vicki Palmer my daughter and business partner and Darren Yuill spent the week at the property carrying out a very speedy demolition.

The hoops we have to jump through sometimes but perseverance is the name of the game in order to help people stay secure in their own homes long term.
