Major structural works are now well underway on our Kensington refurbishment. Works on this scale require not only careful planing and expertise but just as importantly it's about knowing the right engineers, contractors and suppliers. With over twenty years experience carrying out major refurbishments we have both the knowledge and experience required for works on this scale.

We have finally been able to complete this major project on the combe estate on Kingston hill. We have added a new wing together with new second and third floors and a large roof terrace overlooking a private lake. The house now has six bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms, three receptions two with floor to ceiling glazing looking over the lake. Quite a change from the original 1950s property we started with. @ Kingston upon Thames
