My main aim is to create well designed and useful pieces of furniture and fittings from the stuff we would usually either burn, or put into landfill. Upcycling is by no means new, and although many people are aware of it, there are lot less that actually do it

, or have the tools, know how, or time to actually start a project and make something cool for the house or garden. That's not to say you might not have a really good idea for something you would like, that you cant buy from a shop. That's where I come in. Get in touch, lets have a chat. What do you want me to make for you? I can also lay your decking, make you a nice raised bed for the garden, I even make MDF radiator cabinets. Not everything is necessarily made from upcycled materials, but if its possible, I can oblige!

Because of this man, I know how to play chess. He introduced me to Tolkien at around 10 years of age.. He showed me the best way to get a good lather up in the soap dish for a proper shave. He would say things like 'Never drink out of a wet glass, you'll catch a cold..' Taught me how to boil an egg. He'd give me double pocket money so that I could save half. He'd back me, and has continued to back me at every given opportunity. He is the toughest, most determined, caring, genuine man I know. Yesterday I got to tell him one on one how much he means to me, and how grateful I am to have him in my life as my Great Uncle.

So I did a thing. Had so much fun making this. I was commissioned a couple of months back to make this for one of my oldest friends 50th.. 10:1 scale audio cassette coffee table.
No CNC required.. just callipers, a trim router, lots of template making and quite a few dead brain cells.. I'll do another post for the build later.. Happy Birthday . Love you dude. πŸ‘ŠπŸ½
