Due to one of our long term staff moving on to new things we are looking for new blood.
We are largely focused around Agricultural and industrial buildings and groundwork.
Roofing and concrete are 2 of the major staples but fabrication,steel erecting,drainage and sewage systems,foundations and some domestic building (even cob walls),lanes,drives,yards and fields,lifting and a bit of demolition are likely to be involved.
The only thing that is essential is the right attitude as just about everything can and will be taught .
Self employed through the CIS basis ideally. We can help getting that in place (it's not as difficult as you may think).
Physically fit and a head for heights will help you.
Driving licence and machine or health and safety tickets are also a bonus but not essential.
Wages are completely dependent on experience and the person in question .
Willing to take on a youngster as long as they're willing to learn and work.
