Our client in Letchworth requires an Administrator with excellent customer service/order processing skills to work within a busy department, you will be the first point of contact for orders being placed either by phone or email, order enquires, delivery information, tracking orders and maintaining the inhouse order system.

You must have the ability to work alone, prioritise workload and build relationships while offering a first class customer service experience.

The hours are 8am-4pm Monday-Friday with paid breaks, pay offered is £11.00-£11.78 an hour.

This position is a temp-perm so candidates must be available to start on an immediate basis and looking to secure a permanent position.
