This weeks work. All first floor carpentry first fix complete. All new stud walls, new bathroom floor open up and trim out for new staircase trim back in existing staircase opening create new mezzanine floor above the new bathroom and even managed to make a start on the installation.

Something different. I was recently asked to replace an old tired decking area. The brief was Simple”I want something with a wow factor” so with that in mind the decision was made to use yellow balau hardwood. This one was hard work as it’s such a dense timber to work with however the end results speak for themselves
