A sad end to the day.

Condolences to his family and a heart felt thank you to his brother David for sharing at such a sad time.
A truly inspirational teacher and passionate sharer of creativity, information and problem solving. Roberts passion to share information and skills to help and inspire others to have a go and hopefully improve upon what he taught was always humbling.
In his last video he said that his 11 years of videos would be on the Internet. What a legacy to leave behind, many many hours of youtube inspiration to find and expand your own creativity, I'm sure that gave him some peace or even joy knowing that he would continue to guide and aid others to have a go and pass it on as freely as he did.

A nice little quick make project. Or a fun project to make with beginners that also has a recycling element as well.
I make a lot of these for a local junior school, great to get them building. Also helps with hand eye coordination and builds hand muscle strength.

A nice project with simple materials to make a bird feeder.Great to brighten up the garden or for teaching wood work.

Seems to be a thing that my side of work is revolving around VW's lately.
This was phase 2 of work on a good friend's camper van. I had already done a lot of bespoke boxing in to house batteries, inverters, outlets and storage. Which Dave did a great job of upholstering.
Phase 2 was to utilise space under the rock and roll seat/bed. With a ginormous pull out draw. But this being Daves van it had to have more purpose than that.
With the bespoke draw made and fitted to the very heavy duty 90cm long runners. The fold out table was trimmed down, locating plates fitted to it and re edged around it. So it now slots on to the top of the draw. Not only storing it but also giving him a very quick pull out table. One very happy Dave
