Our greenhouses start with soft golden hues that gently mature into a beautiful shade of grey as the wood weathers. Should you wish to minimise the initial stage of this staining, a Cedar specific UV protection oil can be applied which will slow down the colour changing process. However, most people don’t treat the structure. Structures are expected to last between 15 and 30 years, some of our customers have had theirs longer than this too!
