Pick a cupboard.... Wardrobe, kitchen cupboard, toy cupboard.... Check for what you love, need, still use and let anything else go. Especially if it's broken, if it doesn't fit or isn't age or stage appropriate (kids toys and books).

Sunday night is a great time for a quick reset, start the new week on the right foot!
Building good habits into your daily routine means clutter is less likely to build up.
🌿Hang up your jacket as soon as your home.
🌿Shoes tidied away.
🌿Toys cleared off the floor and a tidy kitchen make for a much calmer place to relax for the evening and a more organised start to the next day!

January reset 🌿- today let's tackle the mantlepiece or cabinet /sideboard in your main room. Often an area that gradually accumulates items that should be at home elsewhere. ` It's probably time to clear away any Christmas cards or decorations, any leaflets/flyers /party invitations. Coins, clasps, hair pins often ends up here, lighters/matches if you are burning candles. Stream line as much as you can and find a permanent home for all the loose bric a brac. Your mantlepiece or side board should be a focal point and feature of your room, a quick dust then reset your chosen decorative ornaments. ` Less visual clutter promotes a calmer more restful environment. Go reward yourself with a cup of tea, relax and enjoy the view 🌿

January reset - lots of us are already back at work but many more start back tomorrow. Get your work week off to a strong start by clearing out your most used bag! 🌿

Let's start today with your purse/wallet or handbag/manbag. Discard any old receipts or leaflets, cut up any expired bank cards or loyalty cards. Dispose of any wrappers, old sweets or lozengers, broken or dirty make up, pull any build up of hair from your brush or comb, sort through any work or business paperwork and repack only what you need.
You should now be ready to get on with your day, lighter, fresher, more organised 🌿

January reset 🌿- take 5 mins to have a quick sort through the fridge this morning! Clear away any left overs that are now not going to be used, check the use by dates on any open bottles or jars. Sauces and chutneys have a great shelf life until they are opened then they need to be used within a few days. Sort the veggies that need to be used soonest to the front and try and meal plan to make use of as much as possible. Compost anything that's past its best.
` Most of us are back to our normal routine soon and we'll be organising a food shop this weekend. Clear away what you no longer need then you can be clear what you are shopping for.

Hit the ground running in 2024 with small simple steps to a more organised way of life! We will motivate you with a few easy tasks each week in january to kick start the year ahead 🌿

This week-2 challenges.....
1. Ensure you use up and clear out any left over food from the fridge.

2. Then ensure any excess packaging and recycling is cleared away. 2 things that will make the kitchen/ utility spaces calmer, clearer and let you start back to work on a better foot.
