Such a strange start to the week. Our, and so many friends and family, plans have been swept from underneath us - livelihoods and security are feeling in danger.
I wake up this morning still reeling from lots of news yesterday. I know lots of people are saying it but it’s time to really support LOCAL businesses, where we can. If we can keep them afloat during these times it will make it, hopefully, easier for them to recover after this all blows over.
Lots of friends with small businesses have suggested buying a gift voucher for the future - something to look forward to. Lots of people are looking into online workshops or classes, including 💛
It is also a very important time to reach out to neighbours, the vulnerable or elderly and anyone you know who is self isolating. Isolation doesn’t have to be lonely. We are in such an over-connected world, technologically, so reach out and get in contact with everyone!
If we are all going to be house-bound we will definitely have time for a good long chat on the phone or sending an in-depth email.
And if anyone needs to chat, message me. I’ve already be overwhelmed by the generosity and openness of people, and I’d like to help where I can.
Love to all 💛
