Beaded Panel framing and dodo rail fitted yesterday in this beautiful home office near Downpatrick. All to be painted one colour with top panel insets wallpapered.

13 New doors and handles replaced in this home in Cairnshill, south Belfast

New replacement oak veneered staircases fitted with solid oak newel posts, hand/base rail & black metal spindles, new replacement oak doors with black handles and hinges throughout, with mdf white door surrounds and skirting boards, and oak laminate flooring.
Much brighter and contemporary looking apose to the dark mahogany timber prior to this revamp.
Awaiting new oak framing to complete under stair storage for completion 👌🏻

This grp (fibreglass)flat roof system was fitted by ourselves 9 years ago. today we revisited to give it a wash down, light key sand & fresh coat of top coat paint for a fresh newness look. Not only for ascetic’s which is all the costumer wanted, but also adding an additional lifespan to an already bulletproof system

Stairs stripped glued and screwed to eliminate squeaking, and painted with central runner carpet fitted
