Ensure Client Financial Satisfaction - Our pro-active approach pre-contract allows both parties to realise financial implications/savings aiding the commercial teams forecasts throughout the duration of the works and laying footings for a trouble free final account. We take great pride in all aspects of delivering our projects inline with the three objectives and this ethos is instilled in all employees and supply chain members who make up the Phoenix Brickwork (UK) Ltd team.

We’re proud to return with our Phoenix Awards, recognizing the hard work, dedication and outstanding contributions across for April.

Brickwork - Harry Bagshaw
Harry has taken on the role of a working foreman very well. Everything that has been asked of him he has done to a very high standard. His recording of the QA has been very good and most of all his attitude to work along with our client IHP. Keep up the good work Harry.

SFS - Tim Parker
Tim has been recognized for all of his hard work on our Darlington project, particularly with the ceilings package and for helping to keep the job progressing. Thank you for all your hard work Tim!

Scaffolding - Wes Murdoch
Wes has been recognized for the resilience and commitment he has shown on site, consistently stepping up in challenging circumstances and helping to keep things moving forward. His leadership, support for the team and drive to maintain standards have played an important role in pushing the job on and supporting those around him. Well deserved Wes, well done!

Office - Ruth Clarke
Ruth has been recognized for her continuous hard work and dedication, consistently going above and beyond in her role. Thank you for all that you do Ruth!

A huge congratulations to our Apprentice Estimator, Neve Hastings, on winning her first job for Brickwork — a brilliant milestone and one that reflects all of the hard work and dedication she has put in over the last year.

A huge congratulations to our Group Commercial Director, Matt Veral, on completing the London Marathon over the weekend — an incredible achievement!

Matt took on the 26.2 mile challenge not only as a personal goal, but to raise money for Young Lives vs Cancer, supporting children and young people facing cancer and their families through incredibly difficult times. A brilliant cause and one he’s been proud to support throughout his journey.

Thanks to his efforts, Matt has already raised an incredible amount — a fantastic result for such an important charity 👏

Matt would also like to say a massive thank you to everyone who has donated already. It means a lot to him personally and his family, that you chose to support this cause, and that together we’ve all been able to make a meaningful impact.

Finishing touches being installed at BAM UK & Ireland Darlington Station project

Phoenix are proud to deliver quality Suspended Ceiling finishes, working alongside OWA - UK Ltd & SAS International Ltd providing Elapto Mesh in RAL8029 Pearl Copper and System 720 & 760 in RAL7035 Light Grey.

Special mention to operatives Daz Burkinshaw & Tim Parker for attention to detail on the SFS and Ceiling installations- commendable effort gents!

Congratulations to Site Manager Ian Owen on being awarded Operative of the Month at our Our Cultural Heart project in Huddersfield.

BAM UK & Ireland Senior Site Manager Bryan Mangham shared:

“It is a pleasure to present this Operative of the Month award to Ian ‘Clangers’ — our very own magister laterarius.

Ian has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, a relentless focus on quality, and a clear commitment to delivering high standards across all aspects of his work. As a bricklaying supervisor, the quality of workmanship delivered under his guidance speaks for itself.

Beyond this, Clangers’ exemplary communication skills have played a key role in maintaining strong morale across both BAM staff and his own operatives. His ability to bring people together and lead from the front has made a lasting impact on the project.

As his time on the Cultural Heart project comes to a close, we want to recognise and thank him for his hard work and dedication throughout.
