Shhhhh! 🤫

It’s Our best, worst kept secret… it’s all faux wood grain!! 😲

That’s right, these gorgeous pieces of furniture have all had the ‘Reclaimed by Rosie’ faux wood effect touch 👌

Hand painted in Light Oak to match the clients other furniture… they’ve been transformed from dark to light!

The perfect solution to a miss match of different type wood, now they match perfectly. Needless to say they’re thrilled with the outcome and We are too! 😁

When We say bespoke… we really do mean bespoke!! 🔨✏️🪚⚙️

Imagine finding the perfect bedroom set for your newly renovated barn… except it’s 30mm too big for the space 🙈😱

Well… Not a problem when you’re working with beautifully solid pieces of furniture 👌

This gorgeous 4 piece Stag Bedroom set has been custom designed, custom painted and custom cut to size 😲🪚

Nothing is impossible when you’re working with a furniture designer/come carpenter 😜

The clients vision V’s the reality! 🤎🤎🤎

This is the perfect example of why choosing a furniture artist who specialises in creating a faux wood finish is absolutely crucial 👌

My client wanted to achieve the look of the first photo… however with a mix of reclaimed wood and melamine this would be impossible to achieve with traditional techniques.

So thats where my skills can come in handy! 😉

Now suitably refinished, both pieces suit one another in perfect harmony 🫶

Painted in Farrow and Ball ‘All White’ with a hand painted Cappuccino faux wood, finished with black satin Carlisle Brass cup handles 👌

Extensive repair work has also been completed to the chair as a cheeky little puppy had taken a liking to it 🙈

This gorgeous solid oak, Priory drop leaf table has been given a new lease of life this week 😍

Matched perfectly to my clients other items, it’s been stripped of the original dark stain, neutralised and then stained in the beautiful natural honey oak colour 🤎

Much fresher! 👌

From Dark and dated… to light and bright 🤩

I had the pleasure of transforming this huge glass display cabinet (amongst other items) for a lovely client this week 🎨

The sheer size, weight and fragility of this piece made it quite a challenge 🥵 but oh wow! What a transformation, so much better!

This piece tested my physical and mental dexterity… with limited space within the cabinet, manoeuvring my hand to paint with ex*****on was rather tricky to say the least.

The addition of the mirrors also added to my metal confusion 🙈 I cannot begin to tell you how many times I banged my head, shoulder, knees and toes climbing around this piece 🤭😂

Anyway, my client is thrilled and myself even more so because this precious item gets to stay in the family for years to come 💕
