merry xmas to all, hasnt been a lot up here due to all the s**t going on on the planet, the mill has been slowly eating its way through a load of timber we felled on a site, and the woodlands cabin is nearly finished, but with the winter snows now on us......everything has ground to a halt , now awaiting a bit more heat in the air, my old bones dont work well when cold....lol

not a lot of posts latlely, but if you go to east ayrshire woodlands projects, and have a look on there, you'll be able to see all the work on the next log cabin that Im building .....a 5 sided one with two verandahs......its at the roof stage now after a long drawn out build due to lockdown and acsess problems....cheers

long awaited update, the cabin is finished, after many holdups and delays( things that were way out of my contriol), should be signed off on wednesday after a meeting with the architect and a few others, total build time was around the 7 weeks, the rest was holdups, photos will follow when I get them from the school

start on new cabin tommorow, fingers crossed , timber being delivered on site in the morning, so all being well first bits go down on tuesday, will keep photo record of this build
