By using our facilities you are agreeing to the following:
1: To use our facility in a safe and responsible manner, and to ensure no damage is caused to the structure inside or out.
2: To use all provided equipment safely and responsibly, this includes musical equipment, refreshment facilities & smoking facilities.
3: To not purposely, intentionally or by mis-use/abuse, damage any of the facility or equipment provided.
4: To not smoke inside our facility, and to use the smoking area provided at rear of facility (E-cigarettes/vapes are also included in this).
5: To sign in and out of the facility using the provided sign in/out sheet, located in the front of the office.
6: To not remove any provided equipment from the facility without express permission, any thefts and/or unauthorised removal of any equipment may result in criminal proceedings and prosecution
7: Any bands/artists that wish to leave their own equipment may do so at their own risk, The Cellar nor any staff members do not accept any responsibility for equipment that bands wish to leave there, it is done so at the band/group/artists own risk.
**FACILITY, EQUIPMENT AND ROOMS ARE CHECKED AT THE START AND END OF EACH DAY BY OUR STAFF MEMBERS, ANY DAMAGES FOUND UPON ENTERING THE FACILITY MUST BE REPORTED IMMEDIATELY TO ANY MEMBER OF STAFF, EITHER IN PERSON OR VIA FACEBOOK/PHONE/TEXT. ANY DAMAGES FOUND AND NOT REPORTED WILL BE ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR BAND/GROUP, AND AS SUCH, YOU AND ALL MEMBERS OF YOUR GROUP WILL BE INVOICED/BILLED FOR REPAIR AND/OR REPLACEMENT**
