Another transformation completed! 🙌
After finishing a stunning kitchen/dining room for our new clients in Cramlington, we were invited back to give the living room a full refresh too — and we’re delighted to say we’ve now been asked back for a third visit to work our magic on the hall, stairs & landing! ✨

✨ Walls fully sanded using our dustless sanding setup
✨ Bare plaster sealed for a flawless finish
✨ One wall taken back to bare plaster and resealed after paint issues
✨ Media wall and all walls finished in supplied Rust-Oleum Rowen – New York Cheesecake
✨ Ceiling coated with Tikkurila Anti-Reflex 2 White Matt Emulsion
✨ Woodwork finished in Johnstone’s Aqua Guard Satin
✨ Finished off with the perfect feature touch — Erismann Plume Leaf Gold Metallic Wallpaper (10476-30) to really make the room pop!

Pt3: As part of a full house redecoration, we completed 2 Bedrooms & Bathroom transformation 🏡✨

Throughout the property, a number of repairs were needed due to previous work, but with the customers being incredibly understanding, we were able to get everything back to the standard it deserved.

When we got to the Bathroom we discovered silicone around the ceiling, woodwork and flooring unnecessarily 😭. With perseverance, sandpaper and a scraper this was thankfully removed prior to painting.

All ceilings were finished in Tikkurila Anti-Reflex 2 White Matt Emulsion for a flawless finish, walls fully sanded and coated in Coat Pampas Matt, and woodwork completed in Johnstone’s Aqua Guard Satin.

• Ceiling finished in Tikkurila Anti-Reflex 2 White Matt Emulsion for a smooth, low-flash finish
• Walls prepared using a dustless sanding system
• Walls painted in Johnstone’s Trade Acrylic Durable Matt colour matched to Polished Pebble & Denim Drift
• All woodwork finished in Johnstone’s Aqua Guard Satin

This room was fully prepped and brought back to life with: • Walls stripped and repaired;
• Dustless sanding throughout
• Zinsser Gardz applied
• Wallrock Fibreliner hung
• Walls finished in Johnstone's Trade Acrylic Durable Matt colour matched to Antique Cream
• Ceiling coated with Tikkurila Anti-Reflex 2 White Matt Emulsion

The wardrobe was fully abraded, primed with 2 coats of Zinsser Bullseye 1-2-3 Plus, then finished using Johnstone's Trade Aqua Guard Undercoat and Aqua Guard Satin. Remaining woodwork also finished in Aqua Guard Satin.

Continuing the transformation at the farmhouse…
This time we freshened up the lounge & kitchen, extending the colour Farrow & Ball Bancha 298, colour-matched into Johnstone’s Trade Acrylic Durable Matt for a tough, practical finish.
A subtle update that ties the spaces together beautifully while still letting all that farmhouse character shine through.

Back on site at a beautiful working farmhouse—where wonky walls, sloping floors, and loads of character come as standard.

As part of a larger project, we stripped back and repaired this stairs & landing area.

The “before” photos say it all… those walls looked more like the surface of the moon 🌙

We finished the space with Belgravia Decor Moda Designer Wallcoverings (Pattern 9611 – Blue/Green Pomegranate).

Really pleased with how it’s turned out—the wallpaper complements the character of the property perfectly.
