✨ Hello, it’s me… Catherine! ✨
It’s been a little while, so I thought it was about time I reintroduced myself — especially as fudge season is just beginning! 🍫
For those who are new here, I’m Catherine, the face behind Just Lovely Fudge.
I started JLF about 9 years ago, after making a few batches of fudge as Christmas gifts. They were very well received, and what started as homemade presents soon turned into my little fudge business. ❤️
Fast forward 9 years and I’ve created over 30 different flavours, from firm favourites like Biscoff & Caramel to seasonal goodies such as Apple Crumble, Christmas Pudding and even Watermelon! 🍎🎄🍉
Although fudge is the star of the show here, I’m a bit of a creative at heart and love making things in all sorts of ways. When I’m not in the kitchen, I might be crocheting, glass painting, having a go at decopatch… or organising our local craft & gift fair, where I get to support lots of other lovely small businesses and makers.
Away from JLF, I’m mum to three and wifey (to 1!🤣) and I also work part-time at the local college in the exams department.
And then there’s my garden! 🌱 Last year I got a greenhouse, and I’m now growing more and more of my own fruit, veg and flowers. There’s always something going on — although I’m not entirely sure I need quite as many things to keep me busy! 😂

I’m really looking forward to getting back into the swing of things, getting those fudge pans on, bringing back some old favourites, creating some seasonal treats and sharing lots more of Just Lovely Fudge with you.
