Customer Support Update
From around midnight, our email ticketing provider experienced a temporary outage which affected incoming messages.
The good news is everything has now been fully restored and our systems are working normally again. All emails are now reintegrated and flowing through as expected.
(Classic Mondays… our email system clearly needed an extra coffee)
To ensure no one is kept waiting, we have extra team members working this morning to catch up on replies. If you contacted us earlier, we will be getting back to you as soon as possible and making sure you receive the care and attention you deserve.
