Very occasionally things don’t go entirely your way - a common question I’m asked is what to about birch ply when the doors warp. Usually I’d say put the convex side against a gentle heat source until the panel unwarps. But sometimes, it doesn’t - I’m blaming last year’s blistering summer followed by the endlessly damp autumn in this case. Panels presumably stored and shipped in extreme conditions didn’t like coming in to a centrally heated home without twisting to heck.
Oh well.
Brand new doors made and installed, and a very happy pair of customers. Wardrobe still looks nice though, doesn’t it?
