Throwback to this time last week when I had the best day!

✔️ Skiied all day, finishing up at

✔️Had a yummy late lunch

✔️ Danced on the tables with our teens & friends

✔️ Didn’t need to get dressed up

✔️ Skiied home at 6pm

✔️ Had dinner at 7:30pm

✔️ Got into bed at 10pm

✔️ No annual leave requested

✔️ Client work covered (previous week I’d put a big shift in 👊)

IMO the flexibility and autonomy of self employment is priceless! Would you agree?!

A slightly chaotic week, if I’m honest…

⛷️ Still recovering from last week’s midweek ski escape (yes, I’m still mentioning it)

🗣️ 1:1 Social Sidekick session

💻 Content creation days at .club - Mostly toggling between +

💙 Co-Working Club at - it’s low-key networking with a high, genuine vibe. Exactly why I started this community nearly 4 years ago (how has that happened 😱… I need to think about celebrating!)

🚿 Overthinking paint decisions for a tiny new shower room I’ve been working on at our house since September (no overnight renovations at the click of a finger here!) Hate choosing interior things because I berate myself when I get house decisions wrong!

🏡 5 nights of solo parenting inc. year 9 options evening, a hospital appointment, & boys hair cuts thrown in … plus all the school emails landing at once 🤦‍♀️

One of those weeks where work + life + admin all collide! And I did drop a few balls! 🤣

Didn’t forget the tax return though! Phew.

Fortunately this weekend has been much calmer - Bridgerton, Molly Mae and house jobs slotted around hockey fixtures.

Last week at my little agency looked a bit different! Heres a few notes from week 3 of Jan inc. a ski trip with a twist…

Because I wanted to go without my family 🤣

Not because I don’t love our family trips (I do), but because when we go together I’m usually the snack carrier, the tantrum negotiator, first aider and slope rescuer… and while everyone else’s skiing improves….mine stays exactly the same 😅

And my husband regularly heads off on lads’ ski trips (are you still a lad at 40+?!). So when I saw this midweek escape to Morzine with I thought: why not me too?!

Not gonna lie - I was bricking it beforehand. And I barely slept the first night. Total comfort-zone wobble. My brainwent into overdrive.

But I settled. I skied. I made friends. I laughed. And I relaxed.

And came home really proud of myself for stepping away from my Mum role + family safety blanket ✨

Nothing flashy. Just steady momentum building again after the Christmas slowdown.

It's difficult to know what to say on such an epic, important day like this.

I just know that if it wasn't for discovering soo many incredible, amazing, female founders in the past 5 years, my business wouldn't be here! Thank you all for being part of my story! So many of you have become friends, given me guidance + inspiration, offered ideas, and believed in me!
