Very happy customer ❤️I am generally very critical of my work but I must admit to being pretty chuffed with this🥰 Wow! What a fantastic job! Just got our leather sofa back after having the seat panels replaced with new leather. Genuinely can’t tell it it’s not new from the factory. Amazing attention to detail - the stitching is 100% identical to how it was before.
Great communication from quote, to coming to see it, to dropping off and collecting.
Can’t recommend highly enough.

As a small business owner I 💯recommend this type of advertising. It has paid for itself many times over and I have lost count the number of times I have been approached in supermarket car parks, someone jumped out of a car when we were stopped at traffic lights and a number of times I’ve had a call from the person driving behind me!
Also, one year on and it still looks as good as the day HG Graphics applied it. This is the second van I have taken to them and would definitely use again 👍🏻

Do you read reviews? Do you leave reviews?
I nearly always read reviews when I’m buying something online or looking for a local tradesperson. However, I am guilty of not always leaving a review.
They are so important, especially to small independent businesses though. I am getting so many enquiries via search engines and the more reviews I get the higher up the pecking order I get. The next time you buy from or use a small business, please spend a couple of minutes to leave a review. It makes us smile and feel appreciated 🥰

How frustrating is it when jobs don’t go to plan?
My lovely client saw a seating display of mine in when they were buying their kitchen so got in touch with me to have some French seating incorporated in their new kitchen design. Then….
The fabric that was chosen wasn’t in stock and neither was the second choice.
I arranged to visit my client with some sample books and proudly showed some books that I had only received the day before. My client loves the new fabric and chooses the colour to go with the new kitchen.
Stupidly I didn’t think to check the price. It was a LOT more than the original. It’s not in stock either but will be here before either of the other choices, so my client decides to go with it. It is 😍
The design was for a plain seat and a deep buttoned back on the bench. That’s fine and I prepare the plywood back and foam which takes a fair amount of time as there is a lot of marking out to do for the button placement.
The kitchen is nearly finished so I get the fabric out of its packaging and realise after many attempts it is far too thick to make buttons from. It’s just not playing ball!
After breaking the news to my client and offering to make buttons from an alternative but matching fabric or changing the style. In the end it was decided to do a fluted back. More foam ordered as the original was full of holes ready for the deep buttoning and finally we’re ready to go. What do you think to the revised, finished bench?
I love and thank goodness my client loves it!
Thank you for trusting me with this project, it has taken a while for one reason and another but we got there in the end😍
