Cladding houses is a bit of a break from the norm for us but when a neighbour asked us, as part of their farmhouse renovation, to larch-clad their extension we couldn’t say no!

Tucked away at the end of a terrace garden under a stunning acer tree, we created this calming garden studio on the site of a dilapidated shed for award winning writer . A year or so later we asked the fantastic .birnie to capture how this studio is settling into its home.
