Michael Cann Bespoke Fitted Furniture A qualified joiner who has a passion for creating flawless bespoke fitted furniture! I am a qualified bench joiner with over 15 years of experience.

I do anything from General Carpentry (hanging doors, skirting and architraves) to kitchen fitting and bespoke furniture making, specialising in bespoke kitchens, bedrooms and interiors. No job is too big or small! I have a fully set up joinery workshop and can now offer a sheet material cutting service. A newly competed Oak bookcase for my customer in Acle.
This project followed the angle of the ceiling to maximise all the usable space and make a feature of an end wall. I fully constructed and spray lacquered the cabinets and shelving in my workshop prior to installation to ensure a swift installation with as minimal disruption to the customer as possible.

Making the most of any space with a stand-out piece of bespoke fitted furniture.

From making alcoves or under stair areas fully usable spaces to transforming a complete room into a library or dressing room by adding bespoke wardrobes or shelving. Or simply adding a media wall to your lounge or snug room to house your tv and keep those unsightly cables hidden.

A fully bespoke kitchen and utility room created for a returning customer in Norwich. After I previously made a custom design under-stair storage solution for them, they approached me to custom make them a bespoke kitchen.

For this project Ash was the choice wood, all fully spray finished in house, using the customers chosen colour which complements the grain of the wood once finished.

This was the project which I completed the end of 2024. A library room made to fit my customers farm house. I worked closely with the customer to bring this project together, especially as the construction had to be a little different to allow vents and air-flow voids to allow air circulation due to the building being of a clay lump construction. . All the shelving is fully adjustable and made in solid Ash, with window shutters made to match existing shutters in other adjoining spaces.

A pair of alcove cabinets I completed last week in Oulton Broad. Made in a mixture of Tulip wood and Hidrofugo moisture resistant MDF. Full spray finished in a Matt white, with the doors traditionally hung on bronze hinges.
