From our project in Marylebone is this slimline shaker kitchen 😍

We used and appliances.
A lot was packed into a small space, using every corner making sure there was no “dead space”
We were lucky enough to work with an amazing client and we’re looking forward to a photoshoot but I couldn’t resist putting these up!

Using predominantly wood in every project we appreciate that although it is an organic sustainable material, Forrest management has been neglected. Using FSC certified wood makes sure all of the timber used comes from a well managed forest. FSC stands for 'Forest Stewardship Council' This credible organisation identifies the well-managed forests and allows the designers and makers like Us to specially select the wood from these forests.

Veneering the doors and drawer fronts ourselves meant we hid the glue joint for the j groove handles (swipe for a close up of the j grooves) and we also got to grain match everything which was just as important.
We used 1.5mm Oak from and oiled everything in

Truly bespoke cabinetry.
Everything in this kitchen and every kitchen we make is always made by us in house.
The most time consuming part of this was the veneering but it was worth it! We picked out our veneers from

A bespoke Oak kitchen in Dalston.
The doors and drawers were all veneered but us to get the best possible grain and grain match.
It also meant that we could veneer over the J groove handle so you wouldn’t see and glue join there!

Alcove cabinetry in Notting Hill. The clients had a growing collection of records they had to house. You can see the record player on the right hand side that all of the spacing were worked from. Storage like this allows you to have the things you like on show and hide the ugly stuff!

A shot of a huge oval mirror and sliding door we made a few years ago now. The mirror was made with fumed oak and laminated together. We had some trouble with the glues because ammonia was used to fume it so we had to try and neutralise it. We ended up using West systems epoxy. The door we made was Douglas fur with a brass inlay hexagon handle.

It’s nice to look back at projects from years ago, it’s easy to forget a lot of what you make when time goes so quickly.
