Toby, our first year apprentice, has just finished his last block at College for year 1! This week, he has been straight back to on the job training and learning, working with Michael carrying out a wide range of jobs including a 7000hr Service to this Agrifac Endurance 2, as well as various other repair and diagnostic jobs to different tractors. We are proud to have Toby part of our team and we continue to widen his training and opportunities within the business due to the wide range of jobs and machinery variations. Well done Toby, keep up the hard work and we are excited to see you continue to progress at Agri Service. 🧰🔩⚙️🚜

This week, we’ve been carrying out various repairs and modifications to tractors (and a customers Land Rover Defender) at our workshop. As challenging as welding 🧑🏼‍🏭was in this week’s heat, our team cracked on to get these machines back to the customer as soon as possible to head straight out to work. Another fantastic piece of Wessex equipment delivered and handed over to a customer today. This Trailed flail mower handled the thick lush grass very well, leaving an even table top finish. This John Deere forage harvester has had the full Agri Service winter overhaul. A range of repairs and modifications have taken place carried out by Technician Pete and apprentice Toby. It was a great sight to see the machine head back out to work chopping grass, running better than ever 🔧🔩🧰⚙️🚜🌾

Recently we demoed this Müthing flail to a customer. The machine did a fantastic job and left a fine chop length on the grass, as well as chopping through anything in its way. The unique Shark 🦈 fin on the Müthing flails allows long material to be redirected back into the flails to allow for an even chop length through thick crop. This weekend, we delivered this package of machinery to a new valued customer. Including an Aodes 650 quad bike, Wessex ATV flail mower, Logic yard scraper, Logic bale handler and Logic harrow. One of the customers needs was to push up a horse muck pile. We suggested the Logic yard scraper on the front of the Aodes quad bike. This included us manufacturing a mounting bracket allowing the customer to be able to lift and lower the scraper at the touch of a button using the winch which was a standard feature on the quad.
