This open plan Pluck kitchen lies at the heart of a family home in Harpenden. The beautiful colour palette includes soft Ruskin Blossom, golden Market Mustard and Elm wood cabinets which contrast with the brooding blue walls...inspired by Midnight Blue from our Eco Colour collection ⁠⁠💛🩷💙⁠

Our custom cabinetry includes fluted glass cupboards, a Pluck larder and a large island...having grown-up with a big kitchen island in their parent’s home, this was a must-have for our client who since, when speaking to House Beautiful UK about their renovation, said ⁠‘Our kitchen finally works for modern family life. We spend nearly all our time here. The open-plan design allows us to cook while the kids play, and the kitchen island is where we gather as family or with friends.’⁠

Pluck’s award-winning kitchen at The Mix, recognised for ‘Best Kitchen Design’ at the Livingetc Style Awards 2026⁠ 🏆⁠

Inspired by atmospheric member’s clubs with oak panelling, leather Chesterfields and brooding, rich hues, our palette includes Aubergine from our Eco Colour collection with London Plane wood. A touch of green is added by the Brockwell Moss interior of the glass fronted cabinets. Warm woods continue into the neighbouring Pluck pantry where there’s Cherry and a fun pop of sunny yellow! ⁠⁠

Set in a new extension of a Victorian home in Clapham Old Town, it’s always a joy to revisit this beautiful space. The ⁠colour palette is classic, white and wood...the cooler hues are warmed by London Plane grain, with⁠ soft beige Francesca's Paints Ltd walls and mottled grey floors ⁠adding more neutral tones. ⁠

A charming mix of old and new, Pluck’s cupboards are complemented by antique furniture⁠ and ceramic collections. A very welcoming space, nestled into the corner, there’s a cosy armchair...can imagine this is the perfect spot for curling up with a cuppa as the autumnal nights draw closer.

We have four fabulous tables, the Cook’s Table and three Prep Tables. Designed and handcrafted to order in our South London workshop, every table is custom made in your choice of wood and colour (where applicable!). There are many lovely worktop options to top the table, and on this, our lovely design team will of course be able to help.⁠

‘It is my forever kitchen! Thank you to all at Pluck, a wonderful company to work with.’ Gorgeous words from our client about this Ruskin Blossom, Brockwell Moss and London Plane kitchen. We’re revisiting this glorious space after interiors guru Sophie Robinson shared it on her grid last week for colour inspiration.⁠

When we were there a few years ago now, works had recently finished and the gardens were still being landscaped, so the views now must be spectacular. The house is u-shaped and sits in the middle of the plot, hugging a central courtyard garden, so every window frames greenery. 🌿
