Was listening to from Friday about the problem with and spoke of clothing he owns that’s in it’s 4th decade- well this gorgeous was purchased by me over 40 years ago and well worn until the cuffs began to unravel and then left in a drawer - until I recently took it to a afternoon craft group to ask if someone may help me fix ie ( I’m a sewer 🪡 not a knitter 🫤), however the very talented insisted on taking it away and knitted completely new cuffs! What a marvellous outcome! Thank you to the original designer (Jane Davies) and Jane Sked- both superstars 🌟🌟

No Christmas cards from me, however I’ve given about half my furniture to charity (and my favourite local ladies may receive one of my made from my scraps of , and stash of ribbons) - maybe they can hang on the before they go to the wardrobe?

I’ve been quiet on the creative front recently- life has got in the way- but here are some of my recent makes ( still busy with and )- the ‘footstool’ was about 6x the size I imagined when gifted to me, and had been significantly altered by some dogs🤣, however although it’s too large for the cottage it’s a great addition to the garden as you can see-(will have legs removed and stored in the garage over winter).
The bunting is all from fabric- old curtains, duvet covers and dressmaking offcuts and the steps I built (which have been keeping me from 🪡)are an attempt to keep Ronnie 🐶from jumping on all the flowerbeds 🤣
