We bought this villa in 2003 in hope that one day we will semi retire here. In the mean time we are renting out the months we don't use. Our approach to renting out our villa has been so successful that our friends in Spain have asked us to rent their villa's out to. Casa Berry (which is mine) is set all on one level(bungalow) & has 3 double bedrooms which has 2 single beds in each. The other 2 be
drooms share a full bathroom. There are ceiling fans in every room together with aircon. All have double pined wardrobes. The main one has a safe deposit box for all your valuable. their 2 hair dryers there to. The lounge has tv with sky free view, dvdd,cds,6 seater dining room table & 6/7 seater leather sofa,docking station,aircon & 2 ceiling fans,2 coffee tables & lamp and FREE wifi. The kitchen is fully equipped so don't pack to much stuff as you can use the washing machine & iron. There's 2 terraces, one roof terrace and one outside the front door where theres a 6 seater dinning area with lovely views to the Mediteranean Sea & Alicante. Stepping down onto the 1st garden terrace is a stone table. two steps up and your on the private pool area with 6 sun loungers & 3 sun umbrellas & BBQ & lighting area. Around the other side of the property is the Hot Tub & garden shed. In the shed are chairs for the beach and picnic box. At the front of the property there's a lockable gates where you can park your car. The garden is full of fruit trees. Casa Yvonne is just at the back of Casa Berry should you require 2 villas. Its set on two level with 1 bedroom being downstairs with a shower bathroom next to it. The other 2 bedrooms are upstairs (sleeps 6) with a full bathroom and sun terrace. Aircon, fans & fully fitted kitchen. Private pool on a flat area with sun loungers & stone table. The area is El Campello and is approximately a 5 minute drive to the beach,bars,restaurants,banks,supermarkets etc. if you don't mind a good walk, our local bars,restaurants & spa are approximately 20-30 minutes away by foot. The nearest airport is Alicante and is approximately a 30 minute drive to the villa. The other villa is set on a very large plot and has 3 double bedrooms and a private pool. It is more inland and the beach is a 15 minute drive away. Also has aircon, 2 bathrooms. Once you arrive please phone Yvonne She only lives a few doors away.
