A total of £70 yesterday..
I know people have their reasons and I accept apologies but I am trying to earn a living here!
Sitting in my salon doing nothing when I've turned work away Is extremely frustrating.
I need 24 hours notice or I will charge you for the missed appointment.

Please understand this has not been an easy decision to make.
I am fully aware of the financial difficulties that people are facing right now but I am in the same position.
My stock and fuel costs alone have took their toll on my profit margins and long term it is not sustainable to continue with the business I have had for over 10 years.
Something has to change.
By increasing my prices by a couple of pounds to you will make a huge difference to my earnings.
And hopefully enable me to continue with my business.
I really hope you understand 🙏
