A recent planning project. Our client asked us to suggest ways of how they can make the most of the existing detached garden building and wanted to increase the size of their kitchen. We have created a design which widens the kitchen extension and converts half of the car port while retaining a garage at the front of the property. The rear garden building has also been merged into the main property, creating a garden room/guest room & shower room plus some internal alterations to improve the general layouts of the property.
