Just got this beautiful lady back from the auction room.
Couldn't wait to get started really, so I just scratched the surface, so to speak.
She's a Svante Skogh 'Cortina' Rosewood Sideboard with a Birch interior.
Worth a lot but, more importantly she's a work of art that I get to restore.

I'll document the whole restoration.

Hi everyone.
Went to Clevedon Auction Room today.
I have to say it's lovely vibe there. The staff are great, they've some nice things, and it's in a really nice location.
Anyway....working on this delightful Rosewood Sideboard at the moment and have taken a few videos for you.

The front set (Kofod Larsen for G Plan) are already sold.
The other set are curious. Very well made with flat section front legs. I'd guess Swedish or Norwegian.
