This lovely old bench has sat looking out at the estuary for a couple of decades. Lots of family photos taken on the bench. I took it home, gave it a thorough clean, replaced a few bits with some scraps from the off cut bin, a few coats of oil and it’s now back home ready for more family photos that people will look back on when their kids are grown and remember their times at Flete Estate.

To complete the replacement of garage doors, where we bought the main pair from Todd’s doors, I made a blank door using Tricoya/ Accoya and routed a matching pattern in on site. Just needs painting by a decorator now, but the blank door will last 50 years under Accoya warranty :)

I’ve been helping a client set up their garage as a workshop. Really nice to have a blank canvas and the time to get organised before projects start! And not in the evenings whilst making stuff like I did!
