I’ve been working on a lace dress for a while. Slow and steady, lots of hand stitching so all adjustments are as invisible as possible.

It’s so lovely when a client thinks ahead and brings a dress few months before an event.

Couple more fittings and it will be ready.

The jacket has a new zip now. And Velcro is aligned again. That was quite challenging as I had to correct someone else’s...

That was quite challenging as I had to correct someone else’s work.

Unpicking multiple lines of stitching, instead of just one is not for those with little patience.

And of course hand finished so it looks neat because someone before me was a little too keen on the use of scissors.

Hoping the client will pick up soon as my working space is not huge and I really need items to be picked up as soon as they are done.

And a whole stack of shortened curtains is ready for pick up, finishing by hand included, so that’s are no loose threads...
