Rendition Washi This is the first cooperation program Taiwanese designers with Japanese washi craftman.

Tottori Japan is committed to promoting the local production of the "INSHU WASHI", not only as a traditional writing paper, craft, packaging, furniture and even the building materials, also focusing on traditional techniques into the beauty revealed culture by times changes. Lin Hsiao-Ying（SCID）was invited to be the “Rendition” program’s leader by Sa’Bella-design and Tottori Japan. We are combinin

g traditional skill and contemporary design base on "INSHU WASHI" element, to create a useful and elegant design.

日本鳥取縣致力推廣該地出產的「因州和紙」，不僅做為傳統書寫的載體，更是工藝、包裝、家飾甚至建築的素材，將文化的個性與美感表露無遺，因應時代變化不斷生產，同時亦注重傳統技法。這是第一次台灣設計師與日本工藝的合作計劃，由美好研創生活開發邀請實踐大學工設系林曉瑛設計師以Rendition為主題進行策劃，結合傳統工藝與當代設計，以和紙為元素，創作出充滿現代而優雅的設計。
