As part of a team of 6, you'll take on a mountain hiking challenge over 2 days to raise funds for a cause that matters. It's about purpose, camaraderie, determination, and doing good while doing something extraordinary.

Dear friends, family, colleagues and clients, I need your help again, in supporting this wonderful charity!

You cannot have missed Ed and Lois Jackson 's film "The Mountain in Me" launch this week - it is EVERYWHERE! And what a story.

So this year our team is raising for his charity, Millimetres 2 Mountains supporting young people, who like Ed have suffered profound physical and mental trauma. The charity does extraordinary work, work which I have been lucky enough to get close to.

My team of 6 this year will try to complete 6000m of altitude gain and 60km of distance in the high alps, desperate to try to win this gruelling points race we have come second in twice! No pressure team mates Andy Holmes Tim Welch Sean Beyer Stuart Swaby and Andrew Barlow !!

PLEASE PLEASE consider sponsoring us in this event on October 11th and 12th. You are sponsoring the beneficiaries of this extraordinary charity run by Lois Jackson, Ed's super human wife.

I'm lucky enough to call Ed and Lois friends having met Ed in the alps as CHX Challenge ran a fundraiser for the rugby charity Restart that supported his extraordinary recovery.

I will also be fundraising for Ed and Millimetres 2 Mountains again this October with Andy Holmes Tim Welch Sean Beyer Stuart Swaby and Andrew Barlow - more on that to follow!

Very special few days hiking 3 peaks in 3 countries over 3 days with Last Night A DJ Saved My Life. A small but perfectly formed bunch of fit and experienced hikers who threw themselves in to everything the weather could give us. The charity raises much needed funds to support grassroots projects that make a difference in the lives of children and young people in the UK and Developing Countries through the power of music and art. Amazing charity and fantastic bunch of hikers. Thank you all for your enthusiasm - we could not have enjoyed it more ❤️
