PICKING UP THE ANCHOR
• Pick up the ladder before starting the motor
• Start your motor and position the crew
• Pull up the anchor with the engine in NEUTRAL
• Before starting to move forward, get a confirmation from your crew that the anchor is fully up and on board

Anchoring series continues;
1. Before dropping the anchor, the boat must be completely stopped.
2. Drop 2 or 3 times the amount of rope it took to touch the seabed.
3. To tie the anchor rope to the boat follow the instructions on the third illustration.
Seguimos con el tema anclaje;
1. Antes de tirar el ancla hay que asegurarse de que el barco esta completamente parado.
2. Tirar 2 o 3 veces más cuerda de la que usaste para llegar a tocar el fondo del mar.
3. Para atar la cuerda al barco, sigue las instrucciones de la tercera ilustración.

How to pick an anchoring spot?
Make sure you keep in mind the pivoting rule, if possible approach from behind, like in the image above. Prepare the anchor before entering the area so it’s ready to drop!
¿Como elegir el lugar de anclaje? Piensa en el espacio que tienes que dejar, llegándo por la parte de atrás como en la imagen. Prepara el ancla con antelación y tenla lista para tirar.

Today we continue with ANCHORING tips. When approaching your anchoring spot it is important to look out for swimmers between the anchored boats and always keep minimum speed. Stopping the boat should be easy with just a gentle touch in reverse.
Hoy seguimos con consejos de anclaje. Al acercarte de tu punto de anclaje, asegúrate de siempre mirar por nadadores entre los barcos anclados y mantener la velocidad minima. Parar el barco debe ser tan fácil como darle un toque en marcha atrás.

ANCHORING DEPTH - Some important rules to consider:
•The depth should be min. 2 meters
•The anchor should be far away from the boat and not just under it
•The seabed should be visible, otherwise it can result in a poor holding of the anchor.

Take your time finding the perfect anchoring spot.
Profundidad del ANCLA - reglas importantes para tener en cuenta:
• La profundidad debe ser min 2m
• El ancla debe estar lejos del barco y no justo debajo
• El fondo debe ser visible

Tomate tu tiempo para encontrar el sitio perfecto para tirar el ancla.
