Great news from Casa Solutions
We have AC payments meters ready to be installed by our qualified electrician !

Some clients have asked how big are the air conditioning payment meters?
Well here is one installed yesterday.
As you can see they sit safely out of the way by your consumer board.

They are easy to use & stress free for owner & guest.
When your new guests or friends arrive they will have a pre paid card inserted that just pays for the AC they use. You decide the weekly amount either included in your rental or else as much as they want to pay for themselves.

It's fair, it's easy to use & most importantly it will save you the owner money & awful worry of how much your electric bills might be.

⚠️⚠️PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT TO READ THIS ELECTRICAL ISSUE⚠️⚠️

These are pictures of a recent electrical fault I was asked to attend to by a key holder...a large villa with swimming pool, pump outhouse & many electrical additions over a period of years.

Problems arise & can go undetected for a long time.The outcome has long term issues & dangers which can lead to costly damage to the system it supplies but most importantly to the safety of your home & family.

It's main risk is FIRE...

This issue were due to poor knowledge of electrical demands, selection of electrical connections & bad workmanship, resulting in failure of an appliance on the pool pump.
If the appliance hadn't failed & alerted the client, the outcome could have been a major fire risk.
This was due to the circuit arrangement.

There are two major factors to avoid these issues ...

1. Use a competent professional to carry out your work.

2. Check you are safe & avoid being the next picture on a post.

This is now being addressed as a ongoing safety service for all my clients.
