شركة PADMA العالمية للأثاث تواصل تنفيذ مشروعها الصناعي في مصر “YADA Egypt” لإنتاج وتوريد الأثاث، حيث تم الانتهاء من نحو 60% من أعمال الإنشاءات، مع استهداف بدء الإنتاج الفعلي خلال الربع الأول من عام 2027.
وتنفيذاً لتوجيهات الدكتور محمد فريد صالح، وزير الاستثمار والتجارة الخارجية، بالمتابعة المستمرة لمعدلات تنفيذ المشروعات الصناعية، التقى الدكتور محمد عوض، الرئيس التنفيذي للهيئة العامة للاستثمار والمناطق الحرة، وفد شركة PADMA العالمية للأثاث، لبحث تسريع تنفيذ مشروع الشركة في مصر “YADA Egypt”، بحضور السيد/ داريك بيوتر كروبا، رئيس مجلس إدارة شركة PADMA العالمية للأثاث، والسيد/ جاريك داريوس بوركيت، نائب رئيس مجلس إدارة الشركة، والدكتور/ خالد الخمري، مدير عام شركة YADA Egypt.
وأعلن السيد/ داريك بيوتر كروبا أن الشركة انتهت بالفعل من حوالي 60% من أعمال الإنشاءات، ومن المتوقع الانتهاء من كافة التجهيزات بنهاية العام الجاري، ليبدأ الإنتاج الفعلي في الربع الأول من عام 2027.
وتبلغ التكلفة الاستثمارية لمجمع “YADA Egypt” 70 مليون يورو، وتم تأسيسه على مساحة 460 ألف متر مربع في مدينة العلمين الجديدة.
ويعمل مشروع “YADA Egypt” وفق منظومة المناطق الحرة الخاصة، حيث سيقوم المجمع بتصدير 100% من الإنتاج إلى منافذ بيع شركة IKEA العالمية في الاتحاد الأوروبي والولايات المتحدة الأميركية، وهو من بين المشروعات الحاصلة على الرخصة الذهبية.
وقال الدكتور محمد عوض إن الهيئة العامة للاستثمار مستمرة في توفير كافة سبل الدعم لمشروع “YADA Egypt”، الذي يتفق مع استراتيجية التنمية المصرية، حيث يوفر 6,350 فرصة عمل مباشرة وغير مباشرة، ويساهم في زيادة حصيلة النقد الأجنبي من صادرات قطاع الأثاث الواعد في مصر، كما يحقق هدف الدولة من تحويل منطقة الساحل الشمالي إلى إحدى قاطرات التنمية الاقتصادية عبر استقبال الاستثمارات كثيفة العمالة.
وقال السيد/ داريك بيوتر كروبا إن شركة PADMA العالمية للأثاث مهتمة بتوطين التقنيات الحديثة في صناعة الأثاث في مصر، لذلك قامت الشركة بإرسال أول مجموعة من المهندسين المصريين إلى مصانعها في بولندا، مقر الشركة الرئيسي ومركز تصدير الأثاث الرئيسي في أوروبا، لتدريبهم على أحدث التقنيات وتطبيق أساليب التصنيع الحديثة في مصر.
وأشار إلى أن شركة PADMA حصلت على جائزة أفضل مورد من شركة IKEA العام الماضي، وتستهدف استدامة هذا التفوق من خلال مجمعها الصناعي الجديد في مصر.
PADMA Global Furniture continues the implementation of its industrial project in Egypt, “YADA Egypt,” for the production and supply of furniture. Approximately 60% of the construction work has been completed, with actual production targeted to begin during the first quarter of 2027.
In line with the directives of Dr. Mohamed Farid Saleh, Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade, regarding the continuous follow-up on the progress of industrial projects, Dr. Mohamed Awad, CEO of the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones (GAFI), met with the delegation of PADMA Global Furniture to discuss accelerating the implementation of the company’s project in Egypt, “YADA Egypt.” The meeting was attended by Mr. Darek Piotr Kroba, Chairman of PADMA Global Furniture; Mr. Jarek Dariusz Burkiet, Vice Chairman of the company; and Dr. Khaled El Khomry, General Manager of YADA Egypt.
Mr. Darek Piotr Kroba announced that the company has already completed around 60% of the construction works, and all preparations are expected to be finalized by the end of this year, allowing actual production to commence in the first quarter of 2027.
The investment cost of the “YADA Egypt” complex amounts to €70 million. The project is being established on an area of 460,000 square meters in New Alamein City.
The “YADA Egypt” project operates under the Private Free Zones system, with the complex set to export 100% of its production to IKEA stores across the European Union and the United States. The project is also among those granted Egypt’s Golden License.
Dr. Mohamed Awad stated that GAFI continues to provide full support to the “YADA Egypt” project, which aligns with Egypt’s development strategy. The project is expected to create 6,350 direct and indirect job opportunities, contribute to increasing foreign currency revenues through exports from Egypt’s promising furniture sector, and support the state’s objective of transforming the North Coast region into a key driver of economic development through labor-intensive investments.
Mr. Darek Piotr Kroba also stated that PADMA Global Furniture is committed to localizing advanced furniture manufacturing technologies in Egypt. To support this vision, the company has sent its first group of Egyptian engineers to its factories in Poland — the company’s headquarters and Europe’s main furniture export hub — for training on the latest technologies and modern manufacturing methods to be implemented in Egypt.
He further noted that PADMA received the “Best Supplier” award from IKEA last year and aims to sustain this excellence through its new industrial complex in Egypt.
