GUBI is a global design house pursuing evolution with courage and intuition. Founded in 1967 by the parents of Jacob Gubi Olsen, who today runs the company and has successfully transposed his creative vision into a contemporary context.

Born from a family spirit with a strong passion for design, GUBI has always followed its instincts for finding forgotten icons from the past, enter collaboration with contemporary designers and creating appealing designs that evoke emotions. The result is an eclectic, intercontinental selection of furniture, lighting and interior objects that spans almost 100 years of design history, embracing tales of distinct personalities and true visionaries of their time.

GUBI Store was opened as our first retail store Autumn 2014. We are located in the center of Copenhagen at Møntergade 19. Opening hours: Monday - Fri 10-18 Saturday 10-16
