Marc has been hunting since he was a kid. First with his father and brother. Now with his son, his falcon and a young gundog in training.
We asked him what actually comes along when he heads out.

Thermal for when the light goes.

A scope that stays light.

A tripod that keeps up when he moves spots.

Here’s his honest take on each one. Including who they’re not for.
What’s the one thing you never head out without?

Thinking about a G***k carbine chassis?

What changes most is not just the look. It is how the setup feels on the range.

A chassis can give you more stability, more contact points and more room for optics or accessories. That can make the platform easier to run, especially if you want a more controlled setup.

But it also adds size and changes the handling.

If you want to keep your G***k compact and simple, this is probably not the right route for you.

If you want more support, more control and a setup that feels closer to a compact carbine, it is worth a look.

Selected Recover Tactical products are currently 20% off this week.

Autumn means wet ranges, muddy ground and gear that gets used hard.

That is exactly where the German Tactical Systems Mission Series makes sense.

The Mission R***e Case protects your setup on the way to the range. The Hybrid Duffle Bag gives you flexible storage for bigger loadouts. And the Mission Packs keep smaller gear organized and protected from the weather.

Built for practical use, with durable materials, smart storage and weather resistant construction.

Selected Mission Series products are currently available at a reduced price, with the first promotional tier offering up to 35% off while it is still available.

Which piece of gear would you put to work first?

The RCBS Rock Chucker gives me a solid, dependable press, while the Redding Premium Die Set delivers the consistency I want for top-quality results.

Setup:
Waffe: Marlin Fi****ms 338 MX
Zielfernrohr: DDoptics.de V10 1.5-15x40
Montage: Recknagel_ERA Aufkippmontage
Tuning: Peterssen Gunworks
Tuningteile: Ranger Point Precision - RPP Abzug, Lever, Ladeklappe, Magazinfollower und Hahnverbreiterung von Brownells Europe

The 9mm Luger was developed in the early 20th century as a compact and efficient pistol cartridge, delivering reliable function, good precision, and impressive performance in semi-automatic pistols.

To this day, it remains one of the most versatile and widely used handgun calibers, offering an excellent balance of performance, well-controlled recoil, and high magazine capacity.

With bullet weights typically ranging from 115 to 147 grains, the 9mm Luger is well suited for sport shooters, dynamic shooting disciplines, and use in pistols and pistol caliber carbines. It's the ideal choice if you value proven performance, a wide selection of am******on, and comfortable handling.
