This is an instrument I built for a couple of weeks ago. Tom asked by to design a 3-stringed instrument which can produce spherical pad sounds using a bow. We re-used a Tele pickup which was left from his Tele mod we did a while ago. When I saw him playing this instrument for the first time at for the stage play DIE GOLDBERG-VARIATIONEN by George Tabori, I was
