Large BIRILLO LIPSTICK LAMP by the master CARLO NASON for MAZZEGA, Italy 1960s. With two white opal glass bodies that can be switched on separately. Joined by a polished chrome tube fixture.

Carlo Nason comes from one the oldest families of Murano glassmakers. He celebrates glass in every shape and form, full of history and tradition, as a formidable vehicle for design characterized by surprising news. Nason's works can be found in the collections of the Corning Museum of Glass and The Museum of Modern Art in New York.

Ever since ANGELO LELLI designed this iconic 3-light floor lamp in the 1950s, it’s been one of the most recognisable lighting designs in the world. 💡👌

The stem, arms and joints are chromed brass, while the shades are made in lacquered aluminium, painted white on the inside for extra illumination. The stem consists of a base with three articulated arms that hold the three shades. Shades are cone shaped, lacquered in 3 different colours and adjustable by using the handle.

The arms are flexible, allowing you to adjust the lighting to your functional and aesthetic needs.

Industrial brutalism, setting the scene for an icon of lounge design: The "SENIOR" chair by MARCO ZANUSO, designed for ARFLEX, Italy, 1951 💜

The SENIOR has a wonderful organic shape, re-upholstered in a luxurious purple wool mohair, with oxidised brass feet. Absolutely rare find in this quality!

Wonderfully reupholstered "Sleep-O-Matic" Sofabed by MARCO ZANUSO for ARFLEX (Medea/Milano), Italy 1950s, with a three-legged, cushioned construction. 🧡

The design was awarded a gold medal at the 1951 IX Triennale in Milan and can be transformed in a practical and elegant daybed simply by pulling out the seating part.

Sleek & very rare: loungechair from the D120 seating line designed by VALERIA BORSANI and ALFREDO BONETTI for TECNO, Italy 🤍. The chair is covered with a highly rare original white leather upholstery, in good condition, though showing some patina and wear, but without rips, holes or tears in the leather whatsoever.

Available in RED, reupholstered in moleskin velvet — absolutely gorgeous ❤️

Remarkable Murano glass chandelier designed by CARLO NASON for MAZZEGA, Italy 1970s. 💛 Made of some 70 thick massive glass interlocking C-shaped clear and orange elements. Iced glass is a leitmotif of Carlo Nason. It shades the light and creates different tones of colour and degrees of transparency. The frame is made of chromed metal and accomodates 8 E14 light bulbs.

Tribute to the magical 'Wisteria Chandelier' by artist Bethan Laura Wood 🤍

Set in scene by the one-and-only ✨

The chandelier is fitted with small ‘flower lights’ that create a colourful play of shadows. The stained glass-like ombre of the petals is inspired by the Art Nouveau glass work of Emile Gallé. Each petal was individually hand-dyed in Bethan’s studio to build up a complex and unique ‘blossom’ for each part of the chandelier. — Simply stunning!
