DIY Cabinet Installation Tutorial
1. Bill of Materials
1.1 Board Edge Banding
Quantity: 15 pieces
•Cabinet boards: 18mm in thickness
•Backboards: 8mm in thickness
Refer to attched picture for detailed specifications. Provide the official drawings directly to the store supplier.
Important Reminder: Pay close attention to all grooving dimensions.
PS: This set adopts customized whole-house cabinet boards. The supplier provides free pre-drilled holes on all boards and matching screws. A screwdriver needs to be prepared separately by yourself.
1.2 Acrylic Cabinet Doors
Quantity: 2 pieces
Thickness: 5mm for both doors
Color: Select according to personal preference
1.3 Acrylic Hemispheres
Quantity: 9 pieces
Diameter: 80mm
1.4 Other Auxiliary Materials & Tools
•Adhesive / Double-sided tape: 1 roll (for fixing acrylic hemispheres)
•Edge banding patch: 1 sheet (for covering reserved holes on cabinet boards)

2. Recommended Installation Sequence
Bottom board → Middle layer boards → Pre-assembled acrylic boards (with hemispheres glued in advance) → Top board → Install and clamp backboard → Paste edge banding patches
3. Key Installation Notes
3.1 Installation Rules for Layer Boards
Start screwing and fixing from the bottom board first, then install the internal middle layer boards. Make sure to clamp the acrylic boards in place before installing and fixing the top board.
3.2 Installation of Three-in-One Screws
The matching screws provided by the supplier are easy to install and operate. Refer to Page 4 for the detailed step-by-step installation method.
3.3 Installation of Acrylic Hemispheres
Most tutorials recommend using liquid adhesive for fixation. For simpler operation, household poster double-sided tape can be used to stick the hemispheres instead. Since the bonding side faces the inside of the cabinet, it will not affect the overall appearance at all.
3.4 Usage of Edge Banding Patches
There are reserved mounting holes on the cabinet boards. To optimize the overall appearance, use color-matched circular edge banding patches to cover all hole positions. Suitable patches are easily available on shopping platforms; just choose the color closest to your cabinet boards. cabinet
