The factory (referred to as 'Antriol'), conveniently located near one of China's major cities Shanghai, is specialized in manufacturing Office Furniture, but also Retail and Shop Interiors. With its first customer being the new Lenovo HQ in Beijing, it is well on track to become a major player on the Chinese Office Furniture market.

This makes Gispen the reliable brand of surprising and sustainable design. Although being a Dutch company by origin, Gispen opened up its firs production facility in China (Shanghai Region) in 2004. Over the years this plant developed into a fully operating manufacturing hub for Gispen, with the capabilities to produce, alter and deliver the entire Gispen collection. As a logical consequence Gispen officially entered the Chinese market in 2013.
