1、What's the delivery term ?Mainly according to the stocks , if there is enough stock , around 7 days the goods will be ready to be delivered .If not , around 14 days for preparing for the goods .

2、What's the shipment methods ? FedEx Express ,EMS,DHL,TNT,UPS,Sea ,Air shipment and etc.

3、What's the warranty term ? Different components of drone have different warranty periods . Around 3 -12 month

4、What's the flight controller of your drone ? We can install drone with the flight controller according to your requirements . Such as Topxgun T1-A ; JIYI K++ /K3A ; Boying ; DJI N3/A3 Pro .

5、What's the remote controller of your drone ? SIYI DK32/VD32 ; Skydroid H12/T10/T12 is available of our drone .

6、What's the flight time of your drone ? Basically around 10 minutes when the water tank if full load, and if the water tank is empty , is around 20-15 minutes .

7 、What's your suggestions about the purchasing quantity of battery and charger ? If you want a continuous spraying work , usually 4 set of battery and 2 pcs of charger will be recommended .

8、If I am a new user to buy agricultural drone , what i need to do before placing order to your company ? It is necessary that you need to make some research about the regulations about importing drones from China , and the tax and how to clear the customs . And making some ask us for some drone operation videos to check if you can operate the drone after you buy the products to safe money in case you have difficulties in operating the drones and lose money on this order .
