As much as i wanted to catch up on the Johnny Depp case … I resisted the urge and finished up these end tables I’ve been working on. I recently made a small “studio-ish” space in my basement for myself … basically a fresh space (Toddler free) to inspire my creativity.. if that makes sense lol 🙃
Motherhood has obviously changes you and until recently, I haven’t figured out a way to include furniture into my life. Just the thought of it completely overwhelmed me to be honest…
But now… with this new space, and Sebastian being a little bit older, I’ve been able to get away and paint 😊 So I hope some of you are still here with me... and if you are, what you think of my new background?
I stole the spoon from my mom and she will probably want it back so it might not be there next time ☺️

Hello 😊 how is everyone ? I haven’t posted on here in a long time… since I haven’t been doing any furniture, I’m not really sure what to post🙃 But today I’d like to share what I have been up to other than paint and motherhood lol.
A few weeks ago I started collecting things from the thrift stores and bringing it home to clean and fix up. Just small, vintagey (yes that’s a word) things that remind me of old times , and my grandma’s house❤️ I posted them on Marketplace for a bit more than I paid, and a few things sold almost right away! Well let me tell you what!.... this made me feel so happy, inspired , and accomplished… it might seem silly, I know it’s not a lot. But for me, it’s been just what I needed❤️

😊 Sharing a few photo’s of a Duplex that Reid and I recently painted. This home was being prepared for the market so we wanted to make sure that the paint paired perfectly with the new floors and carpet being installed! 🙌🏻 We decided to go with Benjamin Moore’s AF-685 Thunder and it all came together so beautifully😍 Thunder is a soft and sophisticated warm, neutral , gray-beige (or as some people call it , Greige ) It’s not too dark, yet not too light. To me its the one of the best all over colors for your home!

There are two things I love writing on cookies. Thank you and Merry Christmas. The letters just flow so nicely. 🤣 I know I know, I need to get out more..
Seriously though. Look at the flow on those letters!
Yesterday, I made over 400 sugar cookies.. To say that I am grateful is not enough. As I write this post there are tears in my eyes... My heart is full. Calvin and I are so blessed to live in a community that supports small business the way you do. Stay tuned, we will be doing an epic giveaway later today. It may or may not involve me writing Merry Christmas on cookies. 🤣❤

My little guy is down to one nap a day now (sometimes for 2.5 hours 🤩) and he also recently started sleeping through the night ! Long story short lol I’ve been able to get some painting done and feel really good about it 🥰 I’m almost finished this buffet I’ve had stored away but need help picking the hardware color 💁🏻‍♀️ what do you guys think? Silver or Gold ?
